Workouts which work the core (Abs, Lower back and buttocks) For example, plank, ab wheel roll outs, supermen, crunches(all the variations) Sit ups(all the variations), russian twists...The list is near endless. If you want more I will happily advise.

Well observed, however I am also in extremely good shape physically. To answer your question I would reccomend you start training pull ups, progress to muscle ups and do at least one core session a day. Enjoy.

continue calesthetics day in day out.. that's all it take. They didn't learn how to do this in a day. It took time. you put in the effort about 1 hour a day about 3 days a week, with in 2 - 4 months you'll get it. I wouldn't be surprised if u learn it sooner with in 1 - 3 months
