"Waco: The Rules Of Engagement is an incredibly powerful examination of the events that led up to the fire at the Davidian Branch compound that took the lives of seventy men, women and children. Through meticulous research and interviews with both survivors and government authorities, the film reveals how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the FBI, and the Department of Justice waged an unjustified war against Koresh and his sect and intentionally misled the public about what happened.
The media turned the Branch Davidian sect into dangerous and subversive fanatics, but the survivors who testify in Waco reveal a different story. A. All religions manipulate their followers.
B. If you check the public records you will find that no firearm in the possesion of the davidians was found to be illegal.
C. Part of the income of the davidians was derived from the perfectly legal(see second amendment) firearms business they never denied being in. The guns you refer to were there largely for profit. As for the grenade husks, anybody can get them (also legally) online for about five bucks apiece.

i can understand wanting to know if the government acted outside of their rules of engagement, and they may have, but i don't understand the idea that koresh was just an innocent man, he did have ,inside the ranch, 40 sub-machine guns and had possesion of grenades. it has also been shown and proved he had spent a mass amount of money on weapons. automatic weapons are illegal to posses w/out a permit, he did break the law. (refer to above comment)

regardless of whether or not the atf/fbi was at fault, koresh did use religion to manipulate people. he is shown in recordings preaching his word and it doesn't seem very correct. (refer to above comment)

Waco & Oklahoma city were both psychological operations.
Waco was a test to see if the public would allow the removal of civil liberties and the murder of 22 children and over 60 adults labeled "cultists, religious extremists, child molesters" by the media. They were all burned alive because of the incompetence of the FBI. Oklahoma city had a twofold purpose, A:Destroy important legal documents and evidence (including that from Waco)
B: Ratchet up the police state another notch.
