Description:

This is by far one of the best finishes to an MMA match I have seen. Wilson catches Elbe with a Spinning back kick to the head and follows with a ground and pound that knocks out his contact lens. Brilliant!

Now if he had said that it takes a lot more work to train kicking skills to where they are fast enough to use with out sacrificing ur postion too much then i would be in agreement. But he didn't so yeah, u need to maybe try to have an open mind about martial arts. It is most skilled fighter who has the most heart who wins. It is never about the specific style. all these youtube videos showing all these different styles owning each other is proof.

Instead of assuming something you are unfamiliar with is fake you should learn more about the applicability of Martial Arts techniques. There's a good show airing on the history channel called Human Weapon, where they delve into the history of different styles and the techniques they use. I have many moves in my favorites from that show. Take some classes, read a book or watch a documentary. Don't just sit at the computer and believe everything you read or watch on the internet.

KICKS and PUNCHES do not work in a fight? I hope you mean by themselves because that is stupid. All MMA has proven is that grappling is an essential part of realistic combat. A Complete Martial Artist needs to be adept at striking and grappling to succeed in MMA. Many techniques are effective when used properly. Spinning Back Kicks are one of the most powerful strikes in Martial Arts. They work if you know how to use them.

MMA has proven than kicks and punches don't work in "real" fights. The only accepted method of combat is BJJ style grappling. To win a knockout in kicking fashion is highly suspect.

What is the basis for your comment, Zirkakhan? This is a real MMA fight. The SBK worked as it has many times in MMA, therefore it is real and you are wrong.

This is obviously fake...everyone knows spinning back kicks never work in real life against grappling.
