And then those gangs would eventually form into nations, society starts again.

Anarchy is not chaos or disorder, it is the opposite. There can be no room for personal greed taking precident over the needs of the community as a whole, yet at the same time there cannot be one individual weilding institutionalised power over another. For anarchy to work requires a massive degree of personal resposibility from everybody. Pretty unlikely to happen with humans unless we can evolve a lot faster IMHO.

A crazy country like the USA you mean? If one greedy or ambitious individual is interested only in their own immediate self interest and works to aquire wealth and power over others, then they will (if unchallenged) become a defacto leader. Unless everybody in an anarchist society acts as a check against this sort of behavior, a new hierachy emerges and a state of anachy would cease to exist.

In anarchy people would bind together for protection in gangs and shit, those gangs would either be democratic, communist, or a monarchy.

Uh, how does a system in place for consumer protection cancel out the idea of anarchy? People subscribe to a service that reviews products, end of story. Or maybe the manufacturer pays to have its products inspected and certified. Or some combination of the two. Very simple. Personally, what I think is stupid is the idea that only people with guns can solve such problems. Also, you should understand that anarchy means "without rulers," not "without rules."
