| 9ballprodigy ::: Favorites 2007-03-03 22:02:43 omg.. speaking from a culinary perspective, he ruined the piece of meat. he flipped the beef before it had a chance to developed a good crust, improper cutting of the meat ensures that it will lose much juice and fat, lastly, by placing a cover over it (something a teppanyaki chef will only do if ordered "well done"), the meat will be dry and flavorless. better off going to my local safeway and getting a pound of roast beef for $5.99. __________________________________________________ | |
