So, I for an example bust in to your home, beat you up and then kill some of your family, bring my own friends in and make you do what I say. In everything and everywhere. Then you call the police and they will kick you out. But your friends will stay and demand that you'd speak with them in their language. hmm, want to try it out?

lol sidelook, you dummy, Russians ARE leaving Estonia. The sad thing is, the best of them are... And by the way neither me, nor my friends or family think Russian should be made an official language in Estonia; we speak Estonian; we work; we pay taxes - all we want is respect. :(

Please, no demagoguery. If it is part of a country, any person who finds work there, moves there. If somebody from Tajikistan found work in Estonia during USSR times, he MOVES (переехать, если понимаешь по русски) there, not IMMIGRATES.

"immigrated"? No, Estonia was part of USSR. This is called "moving," not "immigrating." Turks IMMIGRATE to Germany..they LEAVE Turkey by their own free will. Many Russians leave Estonia now, on their own free will. The ones who stay, live in country where official language was Russian not long ago. Now, all of sudden, they say "You dun't know Estonian? Get out!" This sound fair?

no, you *immigrated*. there. past tense. and if you didnt, your parents did. and what Im saying is, the turks in germany dont demand (nor do they have any right to) that the germans speak turkish to them. just like in the U.S. you have to pass the exam to get the citizenship, they dont require english but the test itself is in english, therefore you have to speak it in order to live there. but whatever.
