Yeah, the Columbian president came off looking like an ass IMO. Ahmadinejad raised a valid point: what is the purpose of defaming a speaker (even in a factually accurate manner) prior to his speech, if not to imbue the listeners with a mentality of outrage, and the speaker's words with an aura of discredibility?

Bush opposes gay marriage, but Ahmadinejad murders homosexuals. Bush uses questionable measures to liberate Iraq, but Ahmadinejad seeks to wipe Israel off the map. Bush leads a military engagement that has unintended civilian casualties, but Ahamadinejad aids terrorist groups who target civilians to vent rage and screw Heavenly virgins. Get your priorities straight.

I agree, man. I mean, I hate everything this guy represents, but I deeply admire that courage.

Ahmadinejad murders homosexuals, stones women to death, controls his people through severe oppression, and aids international terrorist groups. Anybody who wants to take up for him is a sick piece of shit with no conscience. Don't forget that he wants you dead as dirt.

It is a shame that most Americans will not see this and believe the fabricated and out-of-context statements fed to them. Well, at least the man has the courage and conviction to stand in front of a negative audience and face questions. That is definitely more than Bush who did not have the guts to testify before the 911 commission alone without Chenney next to him.

that's right I agree with him, every event should always continue to be researched this helps us find out the causes and the real reasons.

i got the feeling like he was suggesting (to the academic people) that they should research historical events to find out more truth, kinda like "hey 9-11 wasnt us go find out who really did that".. maybe bush? maybe some other terrorist group?

in my opinion, i think he has been taught the holocaust happened a different way than the typical american believes it happened. The reason he wants "more research" is maybe he knows something we dont and can't come outright and say it because of the shock value and negative response. It doesn't seem like he doesnt believe in it, but who knows our history books lie to us about chris columbus why not hitler? or maybe there are reasons or something else that us "common" people dont know about

Ahmadinejad is as interested in seeing the whole truth as much as the US govt is interested in giving a balanced report.
